S&P 500 still trapped under trend line

S&P 500 is looking weak and seems to be stuck under trend line from recent highs. I really thought it was going to make a breakout for a double top, but its so overextended right now there just does not seem to be enough support. It made 2 attempts to breakout but both were rejected. It will be interesting to see what it does next (break up or down).
