Mr. Dow – uptrend in diversion

Hi,
I think the dow is in a strong bullmarket – superordinate. It seems that wave 4 (purple in brackets) has completet it‘s mission already and ended as a triangle.



But: On the short term, I see a possibility to short it. Startpoint: red box. Endpoint: green box.
So the green box then is the startpoint of the long call. It could be the last chance to get chaper in the market bevor wave 5 (purple in brackets) gets stronger with targets around 27.000 up to 30.000 points.

Now it’s time to draw a conclusion of my long, to get an interim balance of my short and to have a look at the dow’s most expected movement.

Long

Entry: 23,418 points
Exit: 25,416 points
Minus -347 points (the too early short: "Mr. Dow - Jetzt knallt's")
Profit: 1.651 points

Short

Entry: 25,450
1. Stop: 26,180
2. Stop: 25,592

What’s going on next?

As expected the dow turned from wave i into wave ii in my red trading box and is now on it’s way to complete this wave ii (ideal target zone will be about 24.800 points). There we get a very good chance to place longorders for the bullrun to 27,000 points and maybe higher.

I have adjusted the green box a little, because I think that wave ii will be a smaller one:

Rest of position stays wit stop at 25,592

Now the question is: do we have seen wave ii already (25% probability) or is the dow going on to wave B (green) and then finally to wave C (green) to complete wave ii as expected a little deeper in the green box...

we have already seen wave 2 ending in my green trading box. That was shorter than I thought, but we have another chance (maybe the last good chance) to get in here long (the blue trading box in the chart):
