Trading is a business. You have to cut your privat life from trading. As a trader you have to control your feelings and your emotions - you have to act logic and rational. People will say you are a psychopath by your behavior. When you trade, you stick to your fucking plan and rules. This is the most important thing, stick to your plan. One wrong trade and your account will get killed, its the war between you and your mind.
