USOIL configuring a Falling Broadening Wedge, with The bearish moving more lower at the lowest point lines. While The bulls crawling to the top of $66.99. It's been three times the price could not break out from the strong resistance, and I assume this time will be the same. I will do nothing until the price hit the top of resistance. My target would be at 0.618, and sure with along side from bearish majority movement.
