Meanwhile, the ISM Services PMI came in at 52.9, slightly above the 52.8 forecast but down from December’s 54.0. Similarly, the S&P Global Services PMI fell from 56.8 to 52.9, still exceeding projections of 52.8. Money markets are now pricing in 52 basis points (bps) of Fed rate cuts in 2025.
