ZRXUSD poised for a Breakout: 0x range bound Spring to pop?

ZRX has been stuck in a precise Fib range.
The reflections might be done with a higher low.
Breakout of the zone will be key, buy on retest.

0.28 is the key price to break above.
0.30 will be first target and resistance.
0.34 should be reachable if bulls continue.

Still bouncing around the zone, BUT the bottom is being held PRECISELY with several breaches of cieling.
