Momentum Trio Strategy with EMA Confirmation (Entry Alerts Only)
🔹 Overview
This script is designed to identify high-probability momentum shifts and optionally confirm them with an EMA trend cross for trade entries. It does not place stop-loss or take-profit orders – exits are meant to be managed manually using structure, support/resistance, Fibonacci levels or trendlines.
🔹 How it Works
1. **Green Triangles = Trio Momentum Up (Oversold Reversal Potential)**
A green marker appears when all three of the following have crossed upward within the allowed signal window:
• RSI crossing above its EMA
• MACD crossing bullish
• StochRSI %K crossing above %D
This often occurs when momentum turns up from oversold conditions.
2. **Purple Triangles = Trio Momentum Down (Overbought Reversal Potential)**
A purple marker appears when:
• RSI crosses below its EMA
• MACD crosses bearish
• StochRSI %K crosses below %D
This often signals momentum turning down from overbought levels.
âš These markers alone are NOT buy or sell signals. They only show synchronized momentum alignment.
3. **Entry Signal (Optional – Requires EMA Confirmation)**
• After a **green trio**, the script can wait for a bullish EMA cross to confirm a **LONG entry**.
• After a **purple trio**, a bearish EMA cross can confirm a **SHORT entry**.
This means you can:
âś” Use the green/purple triangles to spot overbought/oversold momentum shifts
âś” Use EMA confirmation to only enter when price structure supports continuation
🔹 Optional Filters
• EMA Trend filter
• Price vs EMA filter
• Volume increase filter
• Cooldown between signals
• Delayed entry using a triple-EMA cross
• Marker visibility during long/short positions
🔹 How to Use It
1. Add the script to your chart (crypto, forex, stocks – any timeframe).
2. When a green or purple triangle appears, note momentum alignment.
3. If EMA confirmation is enabled, wait for EMA cross to trigger a long/short alert.
4. Manage exits manually (this is an entry-only system by design).
