Swing
3 RSI 6sma/ema ribbon crypto strategyThis is a very efficient swing trading strategy designed for crypto long timeframes like 2h+.
Initially we have 3 RSI .
AFter that we use them as source for 6 SMA/EMA for each RSI, 5, 30, 50, 70, 90, 100. With those we create a ribbon that we are going to use in order to check the direction of the trend.
Rules for entry:
For long : if either all the SMA/EMA's from the 2nd RSI are telling us to go long, or all the all SMA/EMA's from the 3rd rsi are telling us to go long F
For short : if either all the SMA/EMA's from the 2nd RSI are telling us to go short, or all the all SMA/EMA's from the 3rd rsi are telling us to go short
We exit when we get an opposite condition than the entry one.
Caution: this strategy has no risk management inside, so use it with caution. If you have any questions , let me know !
Swing forex strategy 15minThis is a strategy made using BB+ RSI indicators that seems to work great with 15 min major pairs for FOREX.

We exit long when we have a short entry.
For short we enter when the close of the candle crosses downwards the top line and rsi cross under the over bought line
WE exit short when we have a long entry.
Careful, this strategy has no risk management inside.

D Indicators - Positional tool*Presenting a perfect setup for Positional and Swing traders.
1) Slow and Fast Bands
# 3 fast and 3 slow, in total of 6 EMA bands are added to the indicator in order
to make accurate decisions and helping find out in which trend the price is.
Enter when price gives a breakout above or below all of the 6 bands.
2) Trend Indicators
# Total of 3 trend indicators are also included:
Trend Indicator 1 ---> It is a SMA(20) and its color changes based upon
Trend Indicator 2 ---> will be plotted at the bottom of the screen. Based upon RSI
Trend Indicator 3 ----> EHMA
Their color will be yellow whenever the market is sideways which will act
as a cautionary sign that in about next phase the price will be rangebound.
Use them as a helping hand, and check whether they show the same trend or not while you enter.
3) Support/Resistance lines
# On charts, this indicator is used to locate levels of support and resistance.
As a function, Targets and SL can be planned.
When a candle closes above the support/resistance line, the lines change
color automatically. It'll turn green.
If the price is below the sup, it will also change color to red.
4) High/Low
# Will mark the high/low of a particular swing so that, one can place the SL over there and enter.

One For All - Trend Insight System (Light ver.)Introduction :
Compared to the TIS v1.0, this "light" version is simpler to use and to understand, hence it will suits the basic needs of traders and investors looking for a clear and user friendly indicator to assess the current trend situation for continuous markets. The settings allow an adaptation for call markets, but more backtesting needed at your discretion (see notes below on call markets).
The TIS takes price action, volume and volatility, to :
- provide a clear and easy to interpret global picture on the current trend siuations
- give hints for decent take profit and exit points
- help find support and resistance levels
- assess trend strength and momentum
Disclaimer :
The Trend Insight System (TIS) is among the most perfected trend following indicator. Built around the Verbatim (the main colored line), it is inspired by Tushar S. Chande's work on volatility, that I really enjoyed reworking in-depth and re-engineer from scratch, after some tweaks and managing to factor-in the volumes, the Verbatim was born.
The Verbatim is essentially a "smart" moving average that will adapt itself to the price action, the volatility and the volumes, in order to filter-out whipsaw price action and help the user clarify opportunities for trend trading. Since the various components of the TIS helps serve as Support & Resistance level (see examples below), it will also prove to be helpful for swing traders.
Please use with caution, proper risk management and along with your favorite oscillator, channels, candlestick reading and signals system (such as the Pattern Detection System that will be provided complimentary to the TIS, in a separate script).
Some explanation :
Verbatim line :
- Green shows a bullish trend, orange for consolidation and red for bearish trend
- When it consolidates, it can be extended to the right to be used as a Support & Resistance line
example use case :
In summary :
- A possible entry is when price action confirms over the consolidating (orange) Verbatim, or after the Verbatim turns green. Please note that they both can prove to be false trend start, so these signals are best used with other indicators for confirmation
- A possible exit point show up when the price action starts closing into the Verbatim, or even safer, when the price action confirms under the verbatim, again, to be used with other indicators on the side
Trend Strength and Momentum:
- Read the current status at a glance
- Trend strength is the relative position of each trend lines (most of which are hidden on this "light" version), from -100% (=bear power) to +100% (=bull power)
- Momentum is measuring the slope of the Verbatim (and another hidden "smart" trend line) also from -100% to +100%; trend lines pointing downwards = bears waking up / in force, horizontal = consolidation or upwards = bulls waking up/in force
Important notes :
While is a very powerful yet easy to read Technical Analysis tool, it has been fully optimized for continuous markets such as crypto.
It is highly advised to use the default settings provided as they have been backtested more thoroughly ("continuous market" and "close" input)
To prevent confusing casual users and to avoid overoptimization -risky at best and counter productive at worst, according to legendary traders such as Mark Douglas- this version has most of the customization settings locked out; volume integration, smoothing method used, smoothing constant, volatility setting, period of study. The settings left available are :
- continuous market / call market selection, selecting "continuous maket" will use a specifically designed method of calculation for volatility , based on ATR, while selecting "call market" will automatically use ATR for calculating the volatility , and
- input source selection for the volatility calculation, which only works for "continuous market".
The locked out settings might be included in the future in a more restricted yet complete "Expert mode" version.
End notes :
It will always be considered a work in progress to help bring out the best of trend analysis.
Suggestions are welcomed to make it a more user-friendly tool.

Swing LineThe author was inspired by Charles Dow's concept on trend and Gann's concept on swing trade.
Swing line can help identify resistance and support. Breaking resistance indicate an uptrend. Breaking support indicates a downtrend. This is a simple and intuitive method in trend determination.
However, many chart readers nowadays set Candlestick as preferred pattern. The shared indicator provides another choice for constructing swing lines.
Volatility OscillatorThis tool displays relative volatility and directional trend. Excellent way to pickup diversions and reversals. Length can be lowered to 11 or 13 in settings to show price range.
Can be used to identify patterns such as parallel channels and likely direction of price action as pictured below.
Swing Failure Pattern Inquisitor SFP Inquisitor
v0.2a
coded by Bogdan Vaida
Code for Swing High, Swing Low and Swing Failure Pattern.
Note that we're still in the alpha version, bugs may appear.
Note that the number you set in your Swing History variable
will also be the minimum delay you see until the apples appear.
This is because we're checking the forward "history" too.
The SFP will only check for these conditions:
- high above Swing History high and close below it
- low below Swing History high and close above it
In some cases you may see an apple before the SFP that "doesn't fit"
with the SFP conditions. That's because that apple was drawn later and
the SFP actually appeared because of the previous apple .
20 candles later.
Legend:
🍏 - swing high
🍎 - swing low
🧺 - candle where the last swing was driven from
🍌 - swing failure pattern
🍎🍌 - hungry scenario: swing low but also a SFP compared to the last swing
EMA+RSI Pump & Drop Swing Sniper (SL+TP) - StrategyThis is the strategy version of the 'EMA-RSI-Pump-Drop-Swing-Sniper-With-Alerts':
Some additions with this strategy:
~Added Stop loss & Take profit control. In Settings > Inputs if the Stop Loss is at .051 that means it's 5.1% and the Take Profit at .096 is 9.6%. If you wish to remove the TP and SL just change the value to 1.00 and it would be the same as it being 100% TP and SL which is likely to never be hit.
~Added Backtesting by changing the month/date/year in Settings > Inputs
~Added a 2nd EMA line to assist with the long entry signals. I only use this for long entry & exits, though you could use the long exits as Short entries too. I just personally don't do short trading on Bitcoin.
This is using an EMA and RSI with slightly modified settings to give good entry and exit points while looking at Bitcoin. I use this on a 1-hour and 4-hour chart and with other indicators to find good positions to enter a trade or exit if things are turning red.
It's important to know this strategy was made as a request by another user that was using the indicator version. I don't use this as a trading strategy by itself, I use the visuals it gives as a confirmation with other indicators to find the best possible entry and exit positions.
If you click on the EMA line it will color the bars of the chart based on if they are above or below the EMA - This is just visually helpful for me to see the active trend.
Make sure you hover over or click on the EMA line to see the colors of the candles change - it's not visible by default or without doing this.
VuManChu Swing FreeThis is the old version of Range Filter from DonovanWall, that VuManChu is selling in his discord as "VuManChu Swing" which in reality is just Range Filter, a open-source script from DonovanWall.
Range Filter & LabelsAll credit goes to @DonovanWall for the Range Filter.
I just added Buy & Sell labels to demonstrate how the VuManChu Swing generates the same exact signals as the Range filter using the exact same settings between the two indicators.
This would only seem plausible if VuManChu Swing runs on the same code as the Range Filter.
It looks likely to be the old version of the Range Filter, where it had only two Inputs, Range Size and Range Period
ORTI Swing High Low / Support Resistance (Static TFM)The "ORTI Swing High Low / Support Resistance (Static Timeframe Multi-Period)" is based into existing studies that shows support and resistance levels taking as reference the highest and lowest points of certain periods, as a redesigned and recalculated set of the common plotted lenght.
The cherry on the top for this version is, when you want to get a predetermined count in (ranges) units of time, as: minutes, hours or days, in any a intraday graph you could get a static lenght, and this count will be automatically respected. For example, an average could be configured to know a high or low levels per hour, day, week or month ... or whatever comes to mind, and at every single chart that you move through (5m, 15m, 1h, 4h, etc), you will see the same lenght to make your own "support and resistance analysis" into a micro / macro market view.
Remember that part of analyzing chart patterns, the support and resistance levels are undoubtedly two of the most highly discussed attributes of technical analysis. Part of analyzing chart patterns, these terms are used by traders to refer to price levels on charts that tend to act as barriers, preventing the price of an asset from getting pushed in a certain direction.
With the new features, you will get a little help to identify in your technical analysis some signals to identify price points on a chart where the probabilities favor a pause or reversal of a prevailing trend. Support and resistance areas can be identified on your charts using this indicator.
For more technical information look at Investopedia.
Note: The previous calculation example is not the default, the parameters can be adjusted according to the criteria of the merchant.

Gann Circle Swing LevelsThis indicator is based on W. D. Gann's Square of 9 Chart and can be interpreted as the Gann Circle / Gann Wheel / 360 Degree Circle Chart or Square of the Circle Chart.
Spiral arrangement of numbers on the Square of 9 chart creates a very unique square root relationship amongst the numbers on the chart. If you take any number on the Square of 9 chart, take the square root of the number, then add 2 to the root and re-square it, resulting in one full 360 degree cycle (i.e. a 360 degree Circle) out from the center of the chart.
For example,
the square root of 121 = 11,
11 + 2 = 13,
and the square of 13 = 169
The number 169 is one full 360 degree cycle out (with reference to 121) from the center of the Square of 9 chart.
Similarly, if you take any number on the Square of 9 chart, take the square root of the number, then subtract 2 from the root and re-square it, resulting in one full 360 degree inward rotation towards the center of the chart.
For example,
the square root of 565 = 23.77,
23.77 - 2 = 21.77,
and the square of 21.77 = 473.93 (approximately equal to 474, which is directly below 565 on the Square of 9 chart)
The number 474 is one full 360 degree inward rotation (with reference to 565) towards the center of the chart.

POW EdgeHello fellow Trading View member,
Eventually our rebranded update with some extra features for our exclusive 'Edge' Strategy Script.
In this description I will run through;
The strategy itself, what is it?
What does it do?
How does it work?
How can it help you?
How good is it?
What is it.....
The Edge Strategy itself is based upon 5 indicators lining up in total confluence to enter a position in line with a trending move. Adding them together adds more confluence and probability to each individual trade outcome over the longer term. The individual strategies used are based on Trend strategies all used in combination.
The uniqueness to this is how they are combined. Indicators can work to a point individually of course, but combining them together and only trading when all are in a line was our concept, whilst reviewing how each individual indicator can be optimised to work with the others.
Also the motivation was to be the right side of the market in a trending move and capitalising on as much as that move as possible.
The first part is to ensure the candle close is above or below our moving average, we can then check the state and validity of each of the other 4 indicators. Once this confluence is in alignment a trade is valid for entry - this has to be valid at the same time - but not all valid on the same candle - they will come into alignment in different stages. But once they are, our trade is valid.
I will not reveal the other individual 3 indicators but the other is also an ADX function to add a threshold into the strategy to identify a trend - usually above 20/25. This has upsides and downsides as any user can visualise and see in the testing.
We also add to the script to look for a Buy then Sell, Sell then Buy - we found this had more profitable results overall and next phase was to review the money management; where and how we placed our SL and when and why we exited the trade.
Example - for a BUY trade to be valid, all 5 indictors must meet their own criteria before a BUY is printed on the chart. Absolutely no technical analysis is needed to trade this strategy and the data we have is based on using the strategy in isolation - how you wish to use this either independently or supporting your own trading is of course, up to you.
The SL and TP's are based on ATR Multipliers thus ensuring we are factoring in market volatility at that time. We also have a FT (Follow Trend) option, which is a worthy addition for capitalising on big trending moves.
This strategy will work on all markets and timeframes.
We understand and accept that all pairs and markets are different thus we have optimised certain pairs and timeframes with different parameters to provide increased returns, these are hard coded (H1 Timeframe) and also provided for your review.
Profitability is easily viewable in the ‘Strategy Tester’ - this is a great tool. This is where you can see historic / live data for the strategy.
Data like;
The Net Profit
Number of trades
Win Percentage
Every trade taken
Average Win
Average Loss
Maximal DD , etc.
We have individually optimised each pair to ensure this is the case and hard coded these parameters into the strategy. All you need to do is flick between the pairs - the strategy will then identify the pair you are on and change the parameters to suit in the background.
Whilst a trade is open, the strategy will convert all candles to the relevant colour - Green for an uptrend and Red for a downtrend (all customisable).
We find this is helpful for traders psychology - not getting 'spooked' by other candle colours, affecting your decision making.
When a new signal is valid, 'POW BUY' or 'POW SELL' will be displayed on the first candle open for entry. As well as this, you will also have the trade label print which will display the following;
- EP – Entry price
- SL – Stop loss
- TP – Take Profit
- Lot size
The trade information printed will also tell you the pip values of your stop loss and take profit based on how far away they are from the trade entry price.
The lot size printed is customisable and unique to your account- within the strategy settings you can simply input your account balance, currency and risk approach which includes a fixed risk amount, fixed lot size or a fixed percentage.
This removes the need for 3rd party apps or websites to quickly calculate your specific risk on your trade. Thus saving you time and making sure you aren't 'guessing' with your lot size.
No one likes losing more than they thought.
The progress and initial challenges....
To start, our first version simply showed the buy and sell arrows when a trade was valid. However, this caused subjectivity with where we would place our stop loss and how we would manage the exit of the trade once we were in it. So, we identified a solid strategy for this was incorporating the Average True Range (ATR) for SL and TP options.
I was especially keen to add the SL and exit management so I could obtain solid back testing data to support my thoughts that 'this works'. Every trader requires confidence and belief in their strategy, without it you simply won't succeed or be disciplined in your execution.
The other challenge we all face is calculating the lot sizes of our trades right? So, it was important that we incorporated a lot size calculator - its all about making it easy when a trade is valid to enter without trying to calculate this accurately.
Lastly, when pairs are stuck in a range - this can be a testing period of 'chop' for a trend strategy, so we also incorporated the ADX function to enable us to set a threshold level to identify when the instrument is more likely to be trending.
What does it do?
Ultimately, tells you when to buy and sell - where to place your SL and when to exit. Whilst also ensuring your risk management is on point, by displaying your trading lot size. Also providing you with live back tested data at your finger tips thank you to the strategy tester.
How does it work?
This will be visible on your trading view charts once you get access. And will work across all your devices, the trading view website or the app on your phone for example.
You can also use Trading View alerts, so you won't miss a trade and can go about your day as normal without watching the screen. This will work on the Free version of TV, however, in order to benefit from more alerts and templates it makes sense to upgrade to a higher package.
How can it help you?
This will help give you a mechanical approach to your trading. This means, less decision making on your part, with the instant benefit of seeing the data you have at your fingertips thanks to the 'Strategy Tester' TV Function.
It will save you time, you don't need to be in front of your screen or completing any subjective analysis.
Integrated lot size calculator can ensure you are always accurate with your risk - either in percentage or a fixed amount of risk - whichever you prefer.
Understand Probability - this is the key one for me. Losing runs happen in any trading strategy. The great benefit here, is you can see them. How long were the losing runs? How can I prepare and plan my risk management around them are all fundamental keys to managing your emotions and being detached from your trades. No one wants to feel stressed or anxious when trading.
Customisable exit strategies - A specific TP for a 1:1 RR or 1:10 RR for example can be adjusted and you can see instantly how this affects the profitability.
The exit strategy options are shown below;
TP 1/2/3
FT - Follow Trend (no stop loss and follow's from Buys to Sells, Sell to Buy, etc.
SL + FT - SL present, but trade is held until a reverse signal is presented.
How good is it?
We have some really positive back testing data across a range of pairs and markets - equities and indices too.
Drop me a DM to see these and I'll be happy to share.
Below let me show you a screen shot of how this can work for you.
How do you access this?
Please visit our website for signup / purchase information in the first instance (the link is on our trading view signature) or send us a private message on here - its impossible to keep track of comments on our posts so to ensure we don't miss you, a private DM will be great please.
The Back test shown on this example is based on the Trading View mid price and also a realistic starting Capital of £10,000. This test result is also based on a 0.1% risk per trade, with a 5 tick spread and a commission of

Darren

CRYPTO HA Strategy money maker long termToday I bring you another amazing strategy.
Its made of 2 EMA in this case 50 and 100.
At the same time, internaly for candles we calculate the candles using the HA system ( while still using in live the normal candles). This way we can assure that even if we use HA candles, we avoid repainting, and its legit.
We first calculate the HA candles based on the EMA 50 values, and after that , we use that candle properties to apply to EMA 100.
Once we have that, for entries we have the next conditions :
sell = o2 > c2 and o2 < c2 and time_cond
buy = o2 < c2 and o2 > c2 and time_cond
For sell : Our open from HA 100 is bigger than Close from ha 100, and the previous open is smaller than previous close
For long : Our open from ha 100 is smaller than close from ha 100 and the previous open is bigger than previous close.
Then we have 2 options :
If we wnat to go only long , which is my prefered version ,or the original one where we go both long and short.
I found that the best results are in general around bigger timeframes, 1h+ , 3h works the best so far on my tests.
For exit we have 2 versions :
1 lets say we had a long signal, as soon as we have a short signal we close the trade. Viceversa for short.
2. Is based on price % movement. In this case I use 7.5% price movement of asset.
We have no TP in use for this system.
For the purpose of this test I use 10.000 $ account. For test I use 100% of it, without any leverage.
I use the SL based on price movement , which is a very risky tool, since it can fluctuate even at 20-30% of our capital.
For comission I used 0.1% for each deal, and a slippage of 5 points.
Be cautious with this system !
