With a number of large tech firms leading the way with permanent WFH arrangements for staff, i'm expecting many companies will be downsizing and lose the realestate required to house their own data and servers. I'm long on Data Centres.
DXN is still early in the game with huge long term growth potential

established upward trend (higher highs and higher lows since end of May) MACD divergence and imminent crossover massively increased volume RSI support
