THIS IS "4A" BC THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE DRAFT, IT WOULD TAKE MORE TIME THAN I HAVE TO COMPLETE A PRESENTABLE DRAFT. SO FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH, HERE IT IS.

Notes: For the last 10 days, I've nailed targets S&P500, OIL, GOLD, BTCUSD, TSLA, and EEM. DXY will take somework to map out, consider this 1/3 finished for DXY draft. Obviously, the election process and when the outcome will truly be known does not make this process any quicker or easier to get right. For what it's worth, here's what right now for early draft for DXY update.

Note: The ceiling for 11/9 to 11/12 is 95.00. But I do not have enough info to say that high will necessarily be higher than the high right now.

BTW, it's not always this hard, but for the situation right now, it is unusual. The dollar is bearish overall, but with high volatility for the foreseeable future, at least 8 months out. This means that while it goes down, there will be many major fights in between.
