ETC is facing a critical point and the RSI suggests a downturn however if ETC can just push above this resistance and consolidate giving the buyers a rest then the bulls should be able to stay in control and go for $7
If there's a down turn then bulls have to reset and now consolidate on top of down trend which could result in lower lows
and our third case which is just a complete failure and stays in the downward trend for the bulls to fight another day
