Fuel Cell Energy has been gaining Twitter MOMO but technically, it is forming a rounded bottom curling and up +7% today as it appears to be coming out of a nice consolidated accumulation base.

An idea would be to go long with a starter size and build position with first PT at resistance zone $10.27

QQE and MACD , trading above 21 EMA : Bullish Confluence
