Microsoft is one of the strongest stocks over the past decade and also over the past couple of months, there was no clear sign of weakness. Therefore, it is actually not extremely likely that a correction will happen, but if it does, this will offer a long term texbook trading opportunity.

Nothing changed so far and Microsoft is clearly heading lower, rejecting the upper resistance trendline. Just remember that Microsoft is such a strong stock overall, every minor dip might already be a buying opportunity. But don't be too greedy and don't chase any trading setups.

It actually sounds unbelievable but since February of 2024, Microsoft did over not move anywhere and we saw a consolidation of more than 10 months. This could very well still turn into some kind of short term top formation and a retest of the previous all time high would finally offer a new trading opportunity.
