Is the market still on aggressive downtrend ?

Hello ladies & gentlemen ,According to my analysis ,I think that expecting something in this market condition is hard ,the fed still increasing the interest rates ,which affect negatively the market ,But as we see in the chart the price goes upwards from there,also we are waiting for good confirmation to take clean trades.
