No bullish trend yet, but the potential is there.

Since Dec 2018, oil has been ranging in this area 50-65, and we are near the end of this range.Kindly reminder there is no strong sign that we will start bull run right now, but if you take a closer look to the price and indicator, you will find two obvious divergence on RSI and Stochastic, you know what? The bull run always starts from something little.
I will bet on those two divergences and beautiful fib 0.5.
