Market did not like earnings

Market did not like the earnings report on VCRA. However, price has stoped around a historic support level. The bad earnings where in part due to the government shut down. VCRA was in the process of negotiating deals with Department of Veteran Affairs and Dept of Defense. I see it as a temporary set back and not a longer term trend. With price at this support level it is a good opportunity to buy.
