Predicting The Bitcoin Reversal - By RT
Dear TradingView community,
First of all, I hope you are all doing well emotionally. As you can easily see, the market is currently very ugly. Be it the indices, individual stocks or even crypto, everything seems to be going down the drain at the moment.
I therefore ask you to remain calm and not to jump into irrational conclusions.
I'm more of a pessimist and have been pleading for months that our markets are overheating and it's wiser to stay away. Especially when Bitcoin hit its new all-time high, I advised against buying. Now that most people are starting to be anxious and pessimistic about the general crypto market, I personally see a huge opportunity that I've been waiting for a very long time. I have prepared a chart for you guys on this that explains in detail why I think we are on the verge of a possible bottom formation on Bitcoin.
As you know, I'm a committed Elliot Wave Trader and will always be, as I've seen with my own eyes how well this technique actually works. Using Bitcoin as an example, we can see that the wave that led to the all-time high consists of just three waves. This is the case when we are in a correction.
Unlike the general market, I knew this thanks to this theory and was therefore able to anticipate this bull trap. Now we ask ourselves the question: What's next? Is Bitcoin Actually Heading For $10,000?
I don’t think so! I believe that we are in a running flat correction where our wave C will correct between the Fibonacci levels of 61.8% and 100% and we will then form our bottom in that area.
From a fundamental point of view, I also have no choice but to invest my money in either crypto or the stock market. I think that the inflation we see today is just the beginning and the problem will only get worse. Due to the excessive indebtedness of the US state, the Fed should not be able to raise interest rates in a threatening way, so that they actually burst our markets.
I'm asking you not to just trust me blindly. Please make up your own mind as I am not a financial advisor. I just want to encourage you to look at this sell-off as a a possible one-time chance, at which we will look back on in a few years, with a smile on our faces, while Bitcoin has cracked the million dollar notation for the very first time :-).
