Trade scenario 1: Overall we are massively bullish on DXY higher timeframes but we have been forming a bearish 4hour trend since last week.
The most likely scenario is that priceaction continues bearish. Look for lower highs and bearish trend characteristics.
Trade scenario 2: For us to consider DXY bullish on the 4hour timeframe again we would need to see a break back above our 4hour zone near 107.600.
Once we can confirm 4hour higher lows above 107.600 we will have a more bullish outlook.
