Trade scenario 1: Overall we are still very bullish on DXY higher timeframes. but we have seen the 4hour present a bearish trend for the last week.
Price action is currently resting near 110.700 resistance and we are waiting for the next reaction.
Ideally, if we are to continue with the bearish trend, price action needs to reject 110.700 and start heading lower.
Trade scenario 2: If price action breaks above 110.700 and starts forming higher lows it will be likely that we’ll see the next rally from DXY.
